CIT PROGRAM

We are pleased to announce that B"eH for the first time ever,
Camp Acheinu will be offering an exclusive CIT program for boys entering 8th grade in September 2024!

 

The CITs will have a unique opportunity to both be "campers" and "staff" at different times throughout the day. The morning will include davening with the staff Minyan followed by learning by a professional Rebbi.  After that, boys will join the activities together with the oldest bunk, followed by lunch.  In the afternoon, each CIT will be assigned to a bunk in one of our youngest divisions, where the boys will serve as a Junior JC for the remainder of the camp day. The boys will be responsible to assist the counselor and JC with different tasks that are needed for the bunk. 

 

Outside of camp hours, the CITs will be invited to join the Senior Elite division on one Late Night Trip each session and will be included in one late night in camp as well.

 

Camp Acheinu will be accepting a very limited number of CITs. Priority will be given to those who have been former campers in Acheinu and who have shown exemplary behavior and maturity. CITs will require an interview with one of our Head Staff before being accepted.
